Swiss Chard and Collard Green Stuffed Leafs

And continuing with the recipes for the day :) Stuffed Swiss Chard and Collard Green Leafs! heck yeah

Ok, so I stuffed each a little differently because I was apparently feeling eclectic haha, but here are the general instructions:

What you will need:

As many swiss chard and collard green leafs as you would like to stuff
Baked quinoa
Long stem mushrooms
Asparagus
Zucchini
salt and pepper to taste
complete seasoning - also to taste
I also had some indian spices and sauces I used
A few basil and arugula leafs

What to do:

Preheat oven to 375˚
Using a wet paper towel, gently clean the leafs
Gently place some of each ingredient inside the leafs, and gently fold to make them into little "tacos"
 Place all leafs onto an oven pan and then place in the oven for about 35 to 40 minutes

That is all :) super easy and so very tasty! I even prepared one with absolutely no seasonings or sauces, and the flavor was still beyond delicious! :) Highly recommended {Little disclaimer -  the collard greens can taste a little bitter, especially if you are not used to eating them}
