The Cure it all Veggie Soup

So, April showers can sometimes bring April flu and colds :( And my poor older brother is currently in the grips of one of these yucky monsters, so I decided he needed a powerful dose of veg! And I prepared my favorite cure it all veggie soup :) (Also great for ailing tummies)

What you will need:

About 1 cup or 1 1/2 cup of chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped zucchini
1/2 cup chopped asparagus
1/2 cup chopped swiss chard
1/2 cup collard greens
1/4 cup spinach
1/4 cup kale
1 to 2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 can (or box)vegan mushroom broth
dash dill
dash Complete Seasoning (the one we used had onions, garlic, parsley and a bit of cumin)
dash veggie broth powder (yes, it has re-appeared in my recipes haha)
-Optional- Seitan for texture

What to do:

Add veggies to a deep pan, and season, stirring for about 10 minutes; then add the vegan mushroom broth and let simmer for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

That is it. Haha :) super, super simple and so very deliciuous
